Great achievements are made possible through our partnership with local Kenyans. We currently employ 27 Kenyan staff and this team continues to grow. Our Kenyan staff team is built up of senior management, social workers, counsellors, education professionals, caregivers, farmers, and security guards. Our projects are thriving because of their hard work and dedication to see a positive change in the lives vulnerable children and their communities.
Our International team play a vital role working alongside our Kenyan team, contributing invaluable time and skills to Children’s Transformation Project. They have shaped the growth and development of who we are today, as well as positively influencing other local charitable organsiations.
Stuart Glassborow & Chloe Glassborow
Stuart and Chloe Glassborow, our Founding Directors, lead four charitable organisations, including a church in London and the global organisation Catch The Fire World. They travel frequently as consultants, specialising in training teams of charities and churches worldwide, and speaking at conferences and events. Stuart is also a business consultant in the veterinary sphere, specialising in leadership, team dynamics and personal growth.
Both Stuart and Chloe have a deep care for the broken and vulnerable and have given their lives to see freedom come to those in need. Their biggest passion is to see people brought out of pain and brokenness, empowered to live in healthy, whole, hope-filled lives. It is out of this passion that The Kenyan Children’s Project was born. Although they are rooted in London, Kenya is also their home.
